I loved the section on sculpture & 3D design (p. 178-289), and I think this work challenges the notions of acceptable sculpture media. While the media doesn't really suit more formal topics (that would be an interesting exploration, however), the playful nature of coffee foam is intriguing to people who don't normally engage with art.
Being able to take the art into one's self (by eating it) is also interesting, but it's hard to tell if this was considered as part of the artist's original intent when creating these works. What I like best about the media is its transiency.
