Art & Government Collaborating for Social Change: The Institute for Wishful Thinking

After my last post, I thought I'd include something with a more positive social component.

Take a look at the dream to collaborate between government and art endorsed by the
Institute of Wishful Thinking:

"As self-declared Artists in Residence for the US Government, the Institute for Wishful Thinking (IWT) believes that the community of artists and designers possesses untapped creative and conceptual resources that could be applied to solving social problems"

Cool idea, right?
